TYSD-1 Super Desulphurization Catalyst, which is primarily based on zinc oxide and has been formulated with additional metal promoters to increase the pick-up speed and maintain an outlet sulfur slip of below 50 ppb for the lifetime of the recommended zinc oxide catalyst combination. TYSD-1 catalyst is designed to withstand high pressure applications and uses high purity raw materials to give it both strength and reliability during operation. TYSD-1 catalyst is typically loaded below the standard zinc oxide bed and the loading height can be determined after consideration of the process feedstock sulfur content and operation conditions. TYSD-1 catalyst is supplied in tablet form.
