This series of ZSN4 400v dc motor adopts advanced design, the stator base adopts polygonal lamination structure, which effectively makes full use of space, and has the advantages of small size, light weight, and good performance. The stator poles and armature core are made of laminated cold-rolled silicon steel plates, which have good magnetic permeability.
The entire stator and rotor are treated with solvent-free vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI), which makes the winding have good moisture resistance and mechanical strength, and excellent insulation and thermal conductivity. This series of motors use rolling bearings, non-stop refueling structure, which is divided into 400v dc motor and 440v dc motor.
