HDPE silicore duct, a kind of protection tube for communication cables, is produced by synchronously extruding an unique silicon core raw material with low coefficient of friction into the inside of HDPE duct. It provides the convenience of cable laying and permanent solid lubrication channels with low coefficient of friction, presently regarded as the world's most advanced protection tube of optical cables. Its advanced nature lies in using cable blowing machine to blow cables with high pressure air into pre-embedded HDPE tube line of low friction instead of manual operation of cable traction adapted by other communications tube line. Cables in the tube line are in a suspended state and laid forward in a high speed, making cables free from the damage caused by stretching. The blown cables can reach more than 1000 meters at a time, solving the problem of signal attenuation caused by the destruction of mechanical traction and overmuch joints formed by limited traction length, which can greatly reduce the number of manual well excavations and construction costs. Scope of Application Range
It can be applied to the tube line system of outdoor communication optical fiber, optical and electric cable as well as power supplies line. Besides, it is suitable to subsidiary conduit, special tube line, long-distance communication channel, and protective wire within buildings or wiring duct of cables.
Performance Feature
The silicon core layer of inner surface is solid, permanent lubricant; it is synchronously extruded into the wall of HDPE tube line and evenly distributed throughout the tube wall. It will not peel off and has the same service life with silicon tube and same physical and mechanical properties with HDPE. Its friction characteristics remain unchanged so that cables can be repeatedly extracted in the tube line. Without reacting with water, its tube line can be washed by water after an accident.

Wall Thickness-- The minimum thickness of Silicon tube is 2 mm, the maximum is 6 mm. With special requirements to wall thickness, it can also be produced. The most common thickness is 3.0 mm, 3.5 mm and 4.0 mm.
Length-- 1000m of endless knot in factory standard for 50/42 silicon tubes, 1000m endless knots for 40/33-silicon tube, and 1500m for 32/26 silicon tube. With special needs of customers, products can leave the factory with longer or arbitrary length under the condition of convenient transportation and operation.
Color-- Any kind of pure color can be chosen or a silicon tube of pure color can be inlaid with vertical stripes of other colors.
