Poly carbonate（PC）is widely used to make car headlights lamp, with the characters of easy processing, light weight and flexibility. But its surface strength is low, easy to scratch,easy yellowing.
Spraying a layer of UV coating will help to improve the surface properties, UV coating have good optical and friction properties, and it can meet requirements of long time weather resistance.
